Conference Registration Fees Guidelines:
Full Registration:
Early Birds (before 15 June 2007):
- Africa-based delegates: US$100 or ZAR750.
- Non-Africa based delegates: US$120 or ZAR900.
Regular Registration (After 15 June 2007)
- Africa-based delegates: US$120 or ZAR900.
- Non-Africa based delegates: US$150 or ZAR1 125.
Day Registration:
US$60 (ZAR450) per day.

Other Fees/Tariffs
Accommodation & Meals: including choice of accommodation:
- Hotels: Between R300 & R600 per person/per night (lodging &
breakfast)
- B&B: Between R325 & R550 (lodging & breakfast)
- University residences: R185 per person, per night (lodging &
breakfast).
24 hours Internet access is available in bedrooms in the university accommodation.
Additional meals (lunch & dinner): R40 per person per meal.
Travels:
- Traveling and Airport Shuttle between Port Elizabeth and Grahamstown
- Cab Service: R360 per person, one way for 1 delegate; R200 per
person, one for 2 delegates;
- Bus Shuttle Service: R150 per person one way for 3 or more delegates.
